After 21 hours of driving, we finally made it to Texas in one piece! I thought Courtland was going to kill me when he saw all the stuff I had for him to squeeze into our car, but amazingly he made it all fit (although the rims of the tires were practically touching the road). When we got to San Antonio and the place we're living at- I'm sure everyone was making fun of me from the millions of loads to carry up three flights of stairs- they'll be jealous when they realise I came prepared! haha not likely...But the weather is great.. sort of. It's hot and SUPER humid just like everyone warned me, but I will survive! Swimming pool, here I come!
